I get asked a lot about my career journey but I’ve realised I never mention all the times I’ve been rejected from roles and opportunities that I really wanted. So in the video below, I’ve opened up about just one time I was rejected, and it hurt! 😂
Have you suffered a rejection recently that really hurt? Did you get rejected from a role or interview you really wanted? These rejections are a blow at the time and can make you lose sight of your goals and what you are striving for. However, it’s important to never let rejection bring you down.
Don’t let it bring you down. When you look back in a few years time, you’ll likely realise it wasn’t the opportunity for you in the long run anyway. Its important to keep chasing your goals, regardless if a few doors stay shut, you only need the right one to open!
